I'm 21, going to LaJames in Cedar Falls, and I live in University Manor in a large 1 bedroom suite apartment. It's very clean and nice and I'm also a clean, responsible, personable, friendly person looking for a roommate and someone who'd be willing to stay after I'm gone (possible in 3 months I might leave/graduate) and would sublease under me and take over my apartment when I'm gone. There is not another bedroom available but a decent-sized (might I add, large!) dining room area that would be just fine to put up a curtain for a wall to make a bedroom if someone were willing. I have a very nice cat as well. My rent's $685 and I wouldn't split it in half, instead the roommate would only pay $250. The roommate I'm looking for would be 19-25 and preferable going to LaJames/UNI but not necessary if need be. If any questions, contact me at 641-430-8422.
